What’s stress got to do with it? Part 1

A little about me, my backstory, and big WHY.
Here’s an interview I did last year, that touches on my backstory and the reason why I coach nutrition and fitness through the lens of chronic stress.
Have you ever said to yourself,
“I know what to do, I just don’t know why I’m not DOING it…”
You’re successful in other areas of your life, but something is just out of whack when it comes to your nutrition and fitness.
